Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

Available for all orders. Free for orders over $50 or all subscription orders.
Cost: $5.95 for orders under $50 (one-time purchases only)

Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

For faster delivery, choose expedited shipping at checkout.
Cost: $12.95

Subscribe & Save: All subscription orders ship free with standard shipping!

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

United States

We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.

International Shipping

We don't currently offer international shipping, but we're working on expanding to Canada and other countries. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available!

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@pawvital.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors and your building's mail room. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us and we'll file a claim with the carrier or send a replacement.

Delayed Shipments

While rare, shipments can occasionally be delayed due to carrier issues or weather. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your tracking number and we'll investigate.
